Šibenik Guides is an informational directory of licensed tourist guides. The site is owned and edited by the guides listed on it. The site is not a travel agency and does not act as an intermediary.

2. Contractual relationship

Every guiding arrangement (date, price, scope of service) is concluded directly between the visitor and the individual guide. Each guide operates independently, is responsible for their own service and issues their own invoice.

3. Prices

Prices on this site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price is confirmed directly with the guide.

4. Accuracy of information

We strive to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness. Guide licences can be verified in the official registers of the Republic of Croatia.

5. Copyright

The content of this site (texts, photographs, logo) is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

The site is not liable for damage arising from the use of external links or from third-party services (WhatsApp, social networks).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court in Šibenik has jurisdiction over any disputes.
